Quadrant Chambers has been the pre-eminent wet shipping set for decades: the last three Admiralty Judges – one of them the last Master of the Rolls and now a Justice of the Supreme Court – were all former heads of Chambers. Although the scope of work undertaken by Chambers as a whole has expanded well beyond ‘wet work’ in the last 25 years or so, it remains one of our particular strengths – with increasing importance as ‘wet’ skills encroach ever-further into what would once have been seen as ‘dry’ areas, such as safe port and crew negligence disputes.
