John Walker
John Walker began his career in 1985 as a junior clerk at 39 Essex Street, moving to Brick Court Chambers in 1987 and to Quadrant Chambers in 1989. He qualified as a member of the Institute of Barristers' Clerks in 1992.
John was appointed to the position of Practice Manager in 1999 and assists Gary Ventura with the management and maintenance of counsel's diaries. He liaises with instructing solicitors on new and existing instructions and deals with the management and allocation of court and arbitration commitments. He also deals with the agreeing and processing counsel's fees.

Jason Roukin
Jason Roukin joined Quadrant Chambers in1998 after spending 4 years at the chambers of Robert Webb Q.C.
His role in chambers consists of negotiating and agreeing brief fees and assisting with the daily running of the members of chambers' diaries. He works closely with Gary Ventura in promoting and marketing Members practices as well as organising and attending both seminars and marketing functions. He manages Quadrant's commitments to cases in all divisions of the High Court and provisional courts due to his close relationships with the courts staff.
He successfully completed a BTEC Course in Business Studies & Finance in 1994

Tony Stephenson
Tony began his career as a Junior Clerk in July 1999 at a Common Law Set based in Inner Temple. He joined Quadrant Chambers (formerly 4 Essex Court) in October 2000. Since joining chambers a Junior Clerk, Tony was appointed Deputy Practice Manager in May 2005.
He supports Gary Ventura in the management and development of the practices of Members and assists with the maintenance of the diary, liaising with instructing solicitors as well as the allocation of Court and Arbitration commitments and agreeing and processing counsel's fees.
Tony is a qualified member of the I.B.C. having successfully passed the examinations with distinction in July 2004.

Junior Clerks
Luke Faulkner
Luke joined Quadrant Chambers in November 2007 after just finishing his year’s course of business studies. Luke has been working very closely with the Practice Managers on a day to day basis through out his Clerking career.
Stephen Jenkins
Having previously worked at 13 Kings Bench and then at Brick Court Chambers, Stephen joined Quadrant Chambers in July 2009. He works closely with the Practice Managers and other Junior Clerks.
