Conference Facilities
Situated in the centre of legal London, bordering the Temple and within 100 metres of the Royal Courts of Justice, Quadrant House offers some of the finest dedicated arbitration, mediation, conference & video-conferencing facilities available.
Quadrant House combines an impressive environment, state of the art technology, excellent location and facilities to make it the perfect place to hold an arbitration, lecture or seminar, conduct a mediation, hold a conference (including a conference call or video link), or to use as a base from which to support proceedings taking place in the High Court.
12 rooms of a variety of sizes and aspects are available for hire, either individually or as part of a suite. All rooms have air conditioning, a guest network which enables users to have e-mail and internet access via their own laptop computers, and telephone conferencing facilities. A unique feature of the building is its electronic door locking system, which can be programmed to provide controlled access to any rooms hired and thus maximise confidentiality for those using the facilities.
The principal room is capable of holding a large scale arbitration when set out in traditional court room style and if configured as a lecture room can seat up to 50 people in comfort. It is equipped with ‘WordWave' recording and transcription facilities, a mobile overhead projector with 72" screen, a mobile 64" smart whiteboard linked to a PC-driven projector, flip charts and a CD/VHS player linked to either plasma or conventional monitors. All of this equipment can be relocated to any of the other rooms with suitable notice.
There is also a dedicated video-conferencing room, which can seat up to 12 people in comfort.
Breakfast, teas and coffee, lunches and other refreshments are available by arrangement.
All rooms are offered for hire at very competitive rates.
