Asif Qureshi

Professor Qureshi is currently Professor of International Law at the University of Manchester.

He has acts as an international consultant on WTO / GATT law and has acted for many governments and international organisations, including Pakistan, where he was responsible for drafting their anti-dumping legislation, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Consultative Council, UNDP, Asian Development Bank, the Commonwealth Secretariat, Islamic Development Bank, UNCTAD, ICTSD, CTLD and WTO.

His principal areas of research interest and expertise in International Law include International Economic Law (particularly WTO Law; International Monetary Law; International Development Law and International Fiscal Law) and Public International Law.
