STV v Media Satellite (QBD) – representing a subsidiary of Playboy at trial in a dispute concerning a distribution agreement for satellite television channel decoders.

[2005] EWHC 273 (Comm) – preliminary determination of a point of law arising in an arbitration concerning the time bar provisions of a standard form charter party and the Hague-Visby Rules.

The Nore Challenger [2001] 2 Lloyd’s Rep 103 (Adm) – considering admiralty court jurisdiction for arrest, and whether provision of crew services amounted to “goods or materials” or necessaries.

South African Minibus Tragedy (Inquest) – representing the tour operator at the coroner’s court in an inquest into the cause of a fatal bus accident during a guided holiday.
