Rathbones v Deloittes (CA) – appeal arising out of a professional negligence trial about tax advice in relation to the sale of an IT company.

STV v Media Satellite (QBD) – representing a subsidiary of Playboy at trial in a dispute concerning a distribution agreement for satellite television channel decoders.

Borgship v Product Transport [2005] EWHC 273 (Comm) – preliminary determination of a point of law arising in an arbitration concerning the time bar provisions of a standard form charter party and the Hague-Visby Rules.

The Nore Challenger [2001] 2 Lloyd’s Rep 103 (Adm) – considering admiralty court jurisdiction for arrest, and whether provision of crew services amounted to “goods or materials” or necessaries.
