We recognise that Quadrant Chambers’ continued success depends on recruiting the best talent.  We are always happy to consider applications from leading practitioners and those with exceptional ability who have established practices in our areas of expertise.

In addition to our pupillage application procedure (details of which can be found on our pupillage pages) we have a dedicated committee of members who determine applications by established practitioners wishing to move to Quadrant.  Applicants are welcome at all levels of seniority.  Those who are just starting their careers at the bar must demonstrate potential to become a leading practitioner.  More senior applicants are expected to have a track-record as a leading barrister and an established practice.

In every case, a candidate must be able to demonstrate first class intellectual ability, and must be able to provide evidence of excellent written and oral advocacy skills.  Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills and will be able to demonstrate their ability to work as part of a team.
