We are very pleased to be coming back to Birmingham to hold our next commercial disputes update. It will take place at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel on the 25 June, with registration from 4.30pm, and the seminar from 5-6pm with a reception to follow.

Robert & Turlough will look at the practical steps and considerations involved in making interim applications. They will also look at recent changes in the CPR and cases which have shaped the scope and feasibility of obtaining common interim orders.
