After 22 years, Gary has decided to leave Chambers. We thank him for his unparalleled service to Chambers and its members over the years and wish him the very best in his future endeavours.

What a time it has been! 

Gary joined chambers in 2000 as a team leader following the introduction of a team structure within the set. When the chambers moved to Quadrant House in 2004, he was appointed Head of Clerking, and became Senior Clerk in 2007. Following Chambers' phenomenal growth under Gary's guidance, he was joined by Simon Slattery as joint senior clerk in 2013. Under their leadership Chambers has received a number of awards and the clerking services have been recognised by the two principal legal directories. They have developed a clerking team which reflects our values and is known for their friendliness and approachability, and commitment to developing long-term working relationship with our clients. 

Over this time, Quadrant Chambers has gone from strength to strength, growing from around 30 members to nearly 70. From our roots in shipping, we are now recognised as a leading set for: aviation, banking, commercial dispute resolution, commodities, energy, insurance, international arbitration, shipping and travel. We have been named Shipping Set of the Year 8 times in the last 8 years by the leading directories, as well as International Arbitration Set of the Year. Shipping remains at the heart of Quadrant, and we are committed to retaining our leading position in shipping, alongside focusing on our key sectors of aviation, banking, commercial disputes, commodities, energy, insurance and international arbitration. 

We thank Gary for his dedication, energy and service to Chambers. We wish him all the very best for the future and look forward to building on the years of success, to which he contributed so much.
