Natasha joined Quadrant Chambers in October 2025 as an Assistant Practice Manager, after working at No.5 Barristers' Chambers and starting her career at 4 Pump Court Chambers.

She is responsible for liaising with solicitors, negotiating fees, and supporting the wider clerking team by managing the members’ practices on a daily basis. She also assists in fixing cases by communicating with Judge’s Clerks and Listing Officers.

Natasha is also Vice-Chair of Career Development Committee for the IBC and she passed The IBC Introduction to Business Management Course in 2023.
