Quadrant Chambers presented an event focused on International Arbitration. The structured panel session was of particular interest to those in the region, delivered  by a panel of well-known practitioners and Arbitrators within this specialist field.

Speakers from Quadrant Chambers included John Passmore QC, Robert-Jan Temmink QC  The event was chaired by Simon Croall QC.

Members of the Panel each provided a short presentation, focusing on how to maximise outcomes in International Arbitration. Each of these concluded with the opportunity for discussion, questions and debate by the panel and from the audience. 

Topics included guidance and perspectives on:

• effective drafting of submissions
• the do and don’ts of oral advocacy
• how to enforce Awards with particular reference to enforcement using the DIFC.
