On the 20 March we held the first seminar in the new Quadrant Chambers Junior Marine Insurance Breakfast series. We discussed "Marine Cargo Insurance". Paul Toms KC, Ben Gardner & Sam Mitchell provide an overview of marine cargo claims including topics such as the scope of, and exclusions from, cover and insurable interest.

This series is aimed at junior (under partner level) practitioners and its seminars are a good opportunity to gain some knowledge and to meet and network with your peers.
