The Lawyer has released it's feature on the top 10 appeals to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court for 2023, which includes the Supreme Court case Herculito Maritime v Gunvor International where Guy Blackwood KC is leading Oliver Caplin at a 2-day hearing due to take place in June. 

This is just one is a number of Supreme Court hearings which Quadrant is involved with this year. We start off in February where John Kimbell KC and Maya Chilaeva are against Stewart Buckingham KC and Ben Gardner in an all Quadrant affair: JTI POLSKA Sp. Z o.o. and others v Jakubowski and others. Simon Rainey KC is leading Tom Bird in the much anticipated Eternal Bliss appeal in a 2-day hearing in June (this has since settled). Will Mitchell is part of the team acting in ABN Amro Bank N.V v Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Plc & Ors, which will be heard in July (this has since settled). Robert-Jan Temmink KC and Tom Nixon will round off the year in December acting in Zavarco PLC v Tan Sri Nazir.
