On Friday 20th January, Robert-Jan Temmink KC will be considering 'Arbitrating construction disputes' at Ciarb’s Italian Chapter.

The panel will discuss the pros and cons of arbitrating construction disputes in 2023, especially following disruptive global events such as trade wars, pandemics and conflicts. They will also share tips and tricks, drawing upon their vast experience in various EMEA jurisdictions which include Algeria, Italy, Romania, Spain, Turkiye, and the UK.
