OVERVIEW

We heard John A. Kimbell KC and Ruth Hosking speak at the IISTL Annual Colloquium 2023.

Commercial disputes are always complex and time-consuming: and in practice their most complex and time-consuming aspect often concerns not the law but remedies and dispute resolution. This Colloquium discussed dispute resolution and arbitration law in a post-Brexit landscape.
