On 27 January, we were privileged to have Kate Staples, General Counsel of the CAA, and Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports joining Robert-Jan Temmink KC on the first of our series of aviation panels for 2021. This panel was hosted by Matthew Reeve. 

Our panel gave a fascinating insight into the challenges faced by the airline industry in 2021 from an operator, regulator and legal perspective. It will be no surprise that it considered issues such as Brexit and Covid. We also look to the future and what opportunity these challenges present for the industry and how it needs to adjust to thrive in the future.
