Following on from the extremely popular and over-subscribed seminar on the Commercial Court Disclosure Pilot, we are pleased to announce a special event repeating the subject matter on February 26th 2019.

On 1st January 2019 a two year Disclosure Pilot commences in the Commercial Court which will test the proposed changes to the CPR that were approved by the Civil Procedure Rule Committee on 13th July 2018.  Details of the changes can be found here.
