We are very pleased to host this WISTA event, which will be chaired by Head of Quadrant Chambers, Poonam Melwani QC. The panel includes Saira Paruk, Gemma Morgan and Maria Borg-Barthet from Campbell Johnston Clark. They will consider the lifetime of a shipping dispute and from their experience and different viewpoints, discuss pitfalls to avoid and recommend some top tips. This will be an informal session, and as well as talking shipping disputes, the panel will also discuss the impact of being a woman in the field of shipping and disputes.
