Burgoynes and Quadrant Chambers together hosted a seminar discussing the technical and legal issues surrounding the shipping of dangerous cargo. Neil Sanders from Burgoynes spoke about several types of recent cargo incidents, including key points on dealing with the incidents and investigating their cause. Nigel Cooper QC spoke about recent cases, the types of legal problems that arise and how to resolve them. Simon Rainey QC resided as chairperson. The seminar took place on Thursday 21st April 2016 at Quadrant Chambers.
