She is widely sought after by instructing solicitors and clients alike and is frequently instructed in high‑profile and technically complex disputes in both court and international arbitration. Caroline has been repeatedly recognised in the legal directories, with clients and peers describing her as “extremely clever and approachable”, “commercially excellent” and “strategic, pragmatic and user‑friendly”.
Gemma Morgan’s practice similarly covers commercial litigation and international arbitration, particularly shipping, commodities and energy, where she is known for her forensic analysis, tactical insight and persuasive advocacy. She is regularly instructed on serious and technical matters across multiple jurisdictions, developing a reputation for being “a highly skilled barrister renowned for her deep knowledge of shipping law and impressive advocacy abilities" and bringing sharp judgment and strategic clarity to complex and heavyweight cases.
