We are delighted to announce that Michel Kallipetis QC has been awarded the Who’s Who Legal Award for Mediator of the Year 2020.

Michel has 40 years’ experience as a practising barrister in the fields of general commercial, professional negligence and employment. He has almost 20 years' experience as a full-time mediator undertaking a wide variety of mediations in almost all areas of business and law both in the UK and internationally.

He is a Distinguished Fellow and Vice-President of the International Academy of Mediators (IAM). He was a member of the working party which drafted the EU Code of Practice for Mediators and gave expert opinion to JURI prior to its adopting the European ADR Directive.

He is on the Singapore Mediation Centre’s International Panel of Mediators, was appointed to the Hong Kong HKIAC Accredited Mediator Panel and is a CIArb Mediation Fellow. He was an appointed Observer for IAM and CIArb to the UNCITRAL Working Group working on the new Singapore Convention.
