Will joined Chambers in June 2022 as a junior clerk. He was promoted to First Junior Clerk in October 2023 and then to an Assistant Practice Manager in November 2024. He is responsible for overseeing the team of Junior Clerks and works closely with the Senior Clerks and Practice Managers with all aspects of the day-to-day practice management of Members of Chambers including work allocation, diary management, fee negotiation and the fixing of cases which includes liaising with Listing Officers and Judges Clerks. Will also assists Sanel Sonmezani in supporting the Arbitrators. 
In August 2023, Will passed The IBC Introduction to Business Management Course.
