Alongside his practice as counsel, Yash sits as an international commercial arbitrator and accepts appointments in all areas of his practice. 

He has, in the past 3 years, sat as a sole arbitrator and as part of a panel under ICC, LCIA, LMAA and ad-hoc rules on numerous occasions. Recent subject matter includes international construction projects, oil and gas disputes and maritime disputes.
