We are holding the next in our series of shipping breakfast workshops on the morning of 2 July. The series is aimed at junior (under partner level) practitioners in the shipping market. 

At this workshop we will be looking at "Time Charterparties: from beginning to end". Paul Toms will chair our panel which includes Caroline Pounds, Andrew Leung and Koye Akoni. 

They will consider the following:

• Contract or No Contract? “subject to details” / “sub review” clauses - Caroline Pounds
• The Sins of the Delegate: when charterers bear the consequences of the acts of third parties to the charterparty - Koye Akoni
• To withdraw or not to withdraw? looking at the right of withdrawal for non-payment of hire - Andrew Leung
