This year's seminar will be in two halves, covering the following topics: 

Session 1

• Stounaras Stylianos Monoprosopi EPE v Maersk – Is there a duty on carriers to take reasonable care to avoid others using a bill of lading as an instrument of fraud? – Nigel Cooper KC and Tom Hall
